Dear AHS Senior Parents & Guardians,

Welcome to senior year! To help kick off this milestone year, we invite you to join us for our first Senior Parent Meeting.

Meeting Details:

Date: Tuesday, August 25th

Time: 6:00 PM

Location: AHS Library

We will be discussing essential plans for the year, including:

Fundraising efforts

Project Graduation planning and events

Important dates and upcoming senior year activities

Your input and involvement make a huge difference in making this an unforgettable year for our graduates. We look forward to seeing you there!

Donations needed and You're Invited! Class of 2027 Senior Sunrise 🌅
Senior Parents and Guardians,

We are excited to kick off senior year with a wonderful tradition! All seniors and their parents are invited to join us for the Class of 2027 Senior Sunrise on the first day of school.

Who: Seniors & Senior Parents/Guardians

Donations Needed
To help make this morning special for our seniors, we are requesting contributions for breakfast snacks and supplies. We are currently looking for:

Fruit trays
Kolaches
Donuts (by the dozen)
Individual orange juice packages
Cases of bottled water
Paper towels or napkins

Hello Junior Parents,

We are following up with the information discussed at our recent Junior parent meeting regarding Prom.

Event Details:

Location: The Warehouse, 357 Walnut Street, Abilene, TX

Date & Time: Saturday, May 16th, from 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Entertainment: Steve Estes will be our DJ for the evening.

We are excited to announce that several parents have generously donated the cost of both a photo booth and a 360 video booth for the students!

How You Can Help:

Food/Snacks: The students voted for a Masquerade theme with various snack foods. You can view the student vote results below.

Sign-Up: Please click here to sign up for items you can bring. Items can be dropped off at the venue starting at 6:00 PM.

Clean-up: We need volunteers to help with clean-up at the end of the night. We must vacate the building by 12:00 AM, so extra hands will make the process much faster!

Join us Monday at 5 to plan Prom!!

Hi Junior Parents,
We are having the chicken spaghetti dinner tomorrow in the elementary school cafeteria from 5:30-7pm. We will need help from you and/or your junior to work at the dinner. We will be filling drinks, serving, and cleaning up. I am attaching the sign up sheet. We need at least 4-5 per shift. Remember that this goes to your class for prom and project graduation.
