Donโ€™t squish these creatures too tight! Students had the opportunity to replicate their favorite Squishmallows out of clay during a recent summer class. They made all kinds of Squishmallow-inspired creations, including frogs ๐Ÿธ, cats ๐Ÿฑ, and cows!๐Ÿฎ

Our summer youth cheer camp gave these students a chance to show off their pep at Anoka Middle School. The group practiced classic cheers, chants, and cheerography to perfect their routines during the four-day camp!

๐Ÿฆด What an incredible discovery! Blake, a student in the Adventures Plus program at Crooked Lake Elementary found a very old bison bone while hiking with A+ on the schoolโ€™s nature trail. Staff sent a picture to a University of Minnesota paleontologist who identified the bone as a bison tibia, possibly an Ice Age fossil! ๐Ÿฆฌ ๐Ÿ”

Donโ€™t miss our last Friday Swim Camp on August 7 at Roosevelt Community Pool. Join us from 9 a.m. to noon for group swimming lessons, group water games and open swim! This is a drop-off program for ages 7-14.
