Marriage Coaching is for those who want more, and Marriage Counseling is for those whose marriages are in crisis. I can work with couples virtually or in person at my office in Anoka, MN and I am also available to officiate weddings and funerals. I am an Ordained, Independent Minister of the Gospel by the National Association of Christian Ministers and my counseling is Christ centered and Biblically based. DON’T WAIT UNTIL MORNING TO DECIDE IF YOU’LL SPEND TIME WITH GOD

Most mornings don’t fall apart because we intentionally choose to neglect God. They get away from us because we wake up without a plan.

The alarm rings. We check our phones. Responsibilities start calling, and suddenly the day belongs to everyone and everything else.

If you want to give God the First and Best of your time, begin preparing before you go to bed.

📖 Put your Bible where you’ll see it
🪑 Choose a consistent place to meet with God
☕ Prepare the coffee maker the night before
📱 Leave your phone outside the room or turn off notifications
⏰ Set your alarm 15 minutes earlier
📝 Keep a journal and pen ready

Then, when morning comes, you won’t have to decide what to do. Your meeting place will already be waiting.

Start simply:

🙏 Spend a few minutes thanking God
📖 Read one chapter of Scripture slowly
✍️ Write down one truth that stands out
🗣️ Talk honestly with God about the day ahead
👣 Identify one way to live out what you read

Quality time with God rarely happens accidentally. Prepare for it, protect it, and give Him your First and Best before the day runs away from you.

FIRST AND BEST: YOU DON’T FIND TIME, YOU CREATE IT ⏰

Many of us say, “I would spend time with the Lord, but my mornings are already too busy.”

The truth is, we rarely find extra time waiting for us. We must intentionally create space for what matters most. A meaningful morning with God may begin with something as practical as changing the time on your alarm clock.

“Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.” — Matthew 6:33 NLT

Tonight, re-engineer your morning:

✅ Set your alarm 10 to 15 minutes earlier
✅ Place your phone beyond arm’s reach
✅ Put your Bible, journal, and pen in one location
✅ Choose the Scripture you will read before going to bed
✅ Protect those first few minutes from notifications

Ten minutes may not sound significant, but practiced daily, it becomes more than an hour each week and over 60 hours in a year spent intentionally pursuing the Lord.

Imagine how God could renew your thinking, calm your heart, strengthen your faith, and redirect your choices through that consistent time.

Do not wait for the perfect morning routine. Begin tomorrow with 10 minutes. Give the Lord your First and Best, then trust Him with everything that follows.

God Can Do Far More Than You Imagine 🙌✝️

Do you want your life to make a difference in your marriage, family, and workplace?

Paul says God can do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, "according to his power that is at work within us" (Ephesians 3:20). Where does that power come from?

1️⃣ The Power of the Gospel

Power doesn't come from position, wealth, or title. Paul wrote as a prisoner! Real power comes from the gospel, "the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes" (Romans 1:16).

2️⃣ The Power of Unity

In Christ we are co-heirs and members of one body (Ephesians 3:6). Every time someone is reconciled to God and to one another, including in our homes and marriages, God's wisdom is put on display.

3️⃣ The Power of the Holy Spirit

Paul prayed that God would strengthen you "with power through his Spirit in your inner being" (Ephesians 3:16). You were never meant to change in your own strength.

4️⃣ The Power of God's Love

Do you grasp how wide, long, high, and deep Christ's love is for you (Ephesians 3:18)? When you're rooted in His love, everything begins to change.

Take a Step This Week:

✔️ Ask God where you've been relying on your own strength.
✔️ Pursue reconciliation in one relationship, starting at home.
✔️ Pray daily: "Lord, fill me to the measure of all the fullness of God."

It's not to late to attend tonight! Men's Purity Group begins tonight at 7:00 PM.

Sexual temptation can feel isolating, but no man was meant to fight it alone. This Christ-centered group is a place for men who struggle with sexual purity, especially po*******hy, to step out of secrecy and into honest, grace-filled community. We will encourage one another, pray for one another, confess honestly, and walk together toward the freedom and holiness Christ calls us to.

Our primary focus will not be on finding the perfect strategy for managing temptation. Instead, we will prioritize knowing and loving Jesus, growing in our understanding of the gospel, cultivating dependence on the Holy Spirit, and becoming men whose hearts are increasingly captivated by Christ. Strategies and practical tools have their place, but lasting transformation begins deeper than behavior. It begins with spiritual growth and a life increasingly surrendered to God.
