Our donors put clay into kids' hands! At Jefferson Elementary, students were given clay projects that tie into their other class studies—creating pollinators, ocean creatures, storytellers, Minnesota state symbols and more! As we sprint to the finish line of the school year, AHEF had another ESC Spring staff appreciation day. AHEF donors, board, and staff value our Anoka-Hennepin School District colleagues! Thank you all for being part of our work-family!

Donors fund $68,784 in the first round of AHEF grants for the 2026-27 school year! Through AHEF, donors in the 2026-27 school year will fund flight and space unit enhancements for all six middle school Project Lead The Way programs, author visits at elementary and middle schools, and an emerging technology and media hub at Sandburg Regional High School, among many other grants.
