In the middle of a storm, Jesus walks on water. In the middle of a storm, the disciples are terrified. In the middle of a storm, Peter looks to Jesus … and then he doesn’t. Where are our eyes in the middle of the storms of our lives? We see so many different things swirling around us – in our lives, in our homes, in our work, in our church – and we tend to focus on where the problem is. Jesus, instead, calls on us to look to him in faith knowing that there is peace in him alone.
