When it all adds up, Anoka-Hennepin Schools staff members are ONE of the many reasons that students achieve, delivering on our promise to educate each student for success.
The connections district staff make with students, families and community members make all the difference, and the work they do today will matter now and well into the future.
May 4-8, 2026 is being celebrated as Employee Appreciation Week across the school district. Thank you for supporting Anoka-Hennepin Schools in recognizing and celebrating the impact staff members make today, and every day.

May 4-8, 2026 is being celebrated as Employee Appreciation Week across the school district, recognizing the significant impact that staff at all sites make for students. You can join us in honoring, recognizing and celebrating school district staff! Consider a few ideas to show your appreciation:
• Encourage your student to share a handwritten note of appreciation for a staff member that impacts their days at school.
• Consider sending a staff member a simple email message to let them know that their work and the connections they make with your student matters.
• Share a smile, and/or tell a staff member how they make a difference for your student or your family.
• Get involved in your school’s Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) and see if there are ways you can volunteer or donate as a token of appreciation.
