Hey everyone!! I wanted to let you all know (I'm also going to share this with Pastor and Mrs. Sharon) that the past few weeks I have had two different new families come up to me and brag on what an AWESOME team we had in KPZ!
One family said, "we have been visiting many churches, and this is the first church where our child has not cried! He loves it here!" The Mom of the other family was actually brought to tears telling me how worried she had been dropping her son off for the first time... she said he had some medical issues that she was worried we might not take as serious as she did because places they have been in the past had not. She was very apologetic for even thinking that and went on and on and on about how awesome you all were. She said everyone welcomed him and didn't make him feel any different. She said she questioned him afterward about how you all handled the medical situation (he has an epi pen) and he said "they were on it, Mom!". Haha! She was so thankful!
Bottom line, they told me what I already knew... you all are THE BEST! I say that as Cornerstone staff, but I also say that as a parent of a KPZ kiddo! I just wanted to let you know that what you do each and every week does not go un-noticed! We appreciate you all so much!!

Mother nature is changing our plans.... 💦
Because of the amount of rain that has already fallen (and the predicted rain throughout the night and tomorrow morning), we think it's best to reschedule our Easter Eggstravaganza that was scheduled at Choccolocco Park. However, because of the amount of planning and preparation that has gone into making this such an AWESOME event, we have decided to reschedule our activities into our weekend services at Cornerstone!!
Please join us for games, give a ways, face painting, Egg Hunt and more!!! 🙌🏼
