It’s already been a week since this year’s Airway School Retreat in Broadstairs.

What an incredible weekend with even more incredible people.

We loved every minute teaching, learning and growing with an amazing group.

Everyone walked away with snippets of information that we hope they will carry with them in their day to day life.

Huge thanks to the team for inviting me to speak at the Inner Circle event in Australia, what an experience.

From start to finish it was beautifully run, genuinely one of the smoothest events I’ve been part of. What’s going to stay with me is the people: the conversations, the energy in the room, and the shared passion for moving dentistry forward.

I came away inspired, full of ideas, and already counting down to next year.

On Sunday, I’m flying to Sydney to deliver two workshops on the other side of the world. 🛬

Friday 22nd May: I’m running a workshop at the Dental Innovation & Practice Summit, hosted by CareStack as part of Inner Circle 2026.

Saturday 23rd May: The Confident Dentist Academy is hosting a Selling Is Serving workshop, built on the Linchpin Programme.

Two days. Two rooms full of dentists who’ve decided that “good enough” isn’t enough anymore.

Last week I had the most incredible time at The Future of Humans in Dentistry event and I am still buzzing from it 🦷✨

This event completely reaffirmed something I belive deeply: the future of dentistry isn’t about replacing the human in the room. It’s about enhancing them.

What .co are building is genuinely exciting. The conversation around AI in dentistry is shifting, and it should be. When used well, AI doesn’t replace the relationship between clinician and patient, it strengthens it. It can help dentists communicate more clearly, prepare for better conversations, and show up with more confidence and intention in every appointment.

I am so proud and excited to be a part of what .co are creating.
