Best Beginning Preschool

Our end-of-year beach trip was lots of fun! A real HANDS-ON experience for the friends! A big thanks to Dirk for leading the seining and fish holding and a big thanks to all the families that came to help out! This is the last BB post for the year! We have so enjoyed working with your children this year and we thank you for sharing them with us! We will miss the friends who are moving on and we look forward to seeing our returning friends in September!

It’s hard to believe that our time at Best Beginning is almost over for the year. We continue to learn and grow together. The visit with Todd the bug guy was lots of fun and bug holding was definitely a hit!! Happy Saturday!!

We had lots of fun today at Goshen Farm. We had a scavenger hunt, observed tadpoles, played in the nature play space, found some pirate treasure and went for a hike in the woods! It was a super fun day!

The friends have been enjoying our project about seeds and plants. We learned what plants need to grow. We planted beans in a bag to observe the roots and the sprout. We have been spending lots of time outside as the weather has warmed up! Have a great weekend!

Lots of learning happening these last two weeks! We completed our Solar System Study with each friend sharing their clay planet and some facts that they have learned about each. We’ve enjoyed a few days of warmer weather and we are hoping that the warm days will stay! Have a wonderful, restful Spring Break and we look forward to seeing everyone again on Tuesday, April 7!

We’ve been on quite a weather roller coaster lately, but we know that spring is just around the corner! The friends have been very excited about our Solar System project and are becoming space experts! Have a great weekend!

We can’t believe the month of February is coming to an end! The friends have been busy at work and play. We started our solar system project and the friends are very excited about all things space!! Have a wonderful weekend!

February is Dental Health Month so today we had a visit from a hygienist at Three Bridges Pediatric dental. We learned how to care for our teeth and what foods are best for our teeth. The friends enjoyed the visit! 🦷🪥

Happy Friday! The snow and cold have limited our time outside but we’ve been busy with lots of inside work and play! We learned so much about bears and animals that hibernate. We talked about kindness and what love means to us. We celebrated Valentine’s Day in our pajamas with some special games and snacks!❤️

Well I guess our SNOW dance really worked, maybe just a bit too well!😳❄️ Here are some pictures from our last week at school. We can’t wait to hear about all of the snow adventures and we hope to be able to be together again next week!!
