Whew! The rest of the week went galloping by🏇 We enjoyed celebrating our incredible WAES Teachers and Staff this week and look forward to celebrating them again next year❤️

Kicking off day one of Staff Appreciation Week!

Vince's Farm and Nursery donated 5 yards of mulch and pots of creeping phlox to help beautify our school grounds. Are you planting a vegetable garden soon or refreshing your flower beds? Stop by their nursery at 301 Marben Rd in Linthicum! Need mulch delivered? Give them a call at 410-684-3745

Thank you to all the volunteers who came out to work yesterday! It was so wonderful to see so many faces- new and familiar moving mulch, weeding and planting. Retriever Pride is strong in the WAES community!

Registration is open for General's Highway Girls Lacrosse! Teams are coming together for Pre-K through 4th Grade! No experience is necessary! Register by February 20th at www,generalshighway.com/lacrosse

We're having a Book Fair this week and we need help getting books into ALL of our students hands. We are utilizing an eWallet to fund purchases for students in need. Our goal is to raise enough money on the eWallet to send every child home with a book. Any leftover funds will be distributed to teachers to spend on classroom libraries Please consider donating a few dollars to our WAES general eWallet. Donations to the general eWallet fund benefit our school directly.
