We’re excited to kick off the 2026–2027 Hilsmere PTA year! Join us for our first PTA meeting and Parent Welcome Dinner on Tuesday, September 22 at 6:00 PM in the HES Media Center.

🍽️ 6:00 PM — Parent Welcome Dinner
📋 6:30 PM — PTA Business Meeting

We’ll cover:
• Important dates for the school year
• PTA budget & financial review approval
• Middle School Parent Panel — a great opportunity for parents to ask questions and hear from families who have been there!

*There will be an optional Zoom dial-in for those that can't join in person (details below)

Doors open 7:45am and students should be at their desks at 8:00am.

*Parents will not be able to enter the school and take their child to the classroom on the first day

Kindergarten & Pre-K4 Conferences: Monday & Tuesday, August 24 & 25

*Parents should have received a letter in the mail for their conference date/time and staggered start date. Please contact the school if you did not receive the letter.

Kindergarten & Pre-K4 Staggered Start: Wednesday - Friday, August 26-28

*Your student will be assigned 1 of these staggered start dates in the letter you receive.
