Congratulations to Illustrious Commandress Rebecca Hatcher and the Ladies of Edfu Court No. 247 on a nice Commandress Classic ball weekend. It was a pleasure for TUWA Temple to honor you during your annual court ball event.

The TUWA Temple NCHI walk was a nice time. We hope all participants gained the physical and mental benefits of low-impact exercise and enjoyed our fellowship.

TUWA Temple is extending the deadline for our 2026 academic scholarships to June 30, 2026. We will award two $1,000.00 scholarships to deserving high school students that are preparing to enter college for the fall 2026 semester.

Congratulations to Illustrious Potentate Shawn A. Baylor of Himyar Temple No. 17 and Illustrious Commandress Shandel Jones of Himyar Court No. 97 on a great joint ball weekend. It was a pleasure for TUWA Temple No. 228 to honor you both this past weekend.

TUWA Temple No. 228 enjoyed supporting the Daughters of the Desert of Maryland Thanksgiving Service and Feast. We salute MISR Court No. 193 for a job well done hosting the event.

TUWA Temple and TUWA Court would like to thank those who attended our 2026 joint ball weekend. We truly appreciate everyone who was able to visit with us the entire or part of the weekend. We also appreciate and thank all who supported us through donations.

TUWA Temple continued its efforts to alleviate food insecurity by volunteering at the Anne Arundel County Food Bank (AACFB) on May 08 2026. We remain dedicated to assisting the AACFB in preparing to provide essential food items to vulnerable families in Annapolis and other areas of Anne Arundel County.
