A little behind the scenes from Roots & Wings!

Last week, partners from Maryland Hall and the Kunta Kinte Heritage Festival came to NVA to work directly with students and give feedback on their writing, photography, and exhibit pieces. Students took that feedback, made revisions, and are getting ready to share their work with the community this weekend.

You’re invited to come see it!

Roots & Wings Exhibit Opening at Maryland Hall

📍 Saturday, September 26 | 12:00–7:00 p.m.
A selection of the exhibit will be featured at the Kunta Kinte Heritage Festival at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium.
