This stopped me when I first read it: nearly half of men treated with pelvic floor exercises, biofeedback, and electrical stimulation regained normal erectile function. Another 24% experienced improvement.

That's not a small number. And yet most men have never been told this is even an option.

The Gateway to S*xual Mastery for Men brings this conversation into the open. Read the press release: https://www.einpresswire.com/article/914912587/angela-dawn-intimacy-expert-and-author-discusses-pelvic-floor-health-stress-relief-and-male-performance-in-new-book

I don't work with everyone.

Not because I'm exclusive for the sake of it, but because I've learned that the right fit matters. For both of us.

There are people who are genuinely ready for this work. Ready to look honestly at their relationships, their desire, their patterns. Those are the people I choose to work with.

I trust you to know if that's you.

Temple. Not dungeon. (Though we love a dungeon too. 😉)

There's a difference between ge***al worship that's performative and ge***al worship that's devotional. Both have their place - but today we're talking about the devotional kind.

This is ge***al worship as a real intimacy practice. Presence. Reverence. Genuine closeness between partners.

I'm excited to share that I'll be facilitating at the Toronto Ta**ra Festival this September!

Now in its 6th year, TTF is one of the most intentional, ceremonial gatherings I know of. All skill levels welcome at this fully immersive, and all-inclusive festival (shared cabin or camping + all meals included).

This year's theme is Sovereign Heart. I'll be sharing more about my specific offering soon, but I'm genuinely lit up about what I'm bringing!

Early bird tickets are almost gone.

“Her meditation and breathwork practices have become part of my daily life.”What begins in a session doesn’t end there.

This work is about embodiment: learning how to be with your breath, your body, and your inner landscape in ways that support your whole life.
Not just intimacy, but presence. Regulation. Choice. Resilience.

Over time, simple practices become steady companions.
They help you meet stress differently.
Relate more honestly.
Feel more at home in yourself.

This is the kind of change that integrates quietly, steadily, and for the long term.

"Fixing assumes you're broken. Training assumes you're learning a skill."

Most men dealing with erectile challenges have been told there's something wrong with their equipment. But for the majority of men I work with, the bloodwork is fine. The cardiovascular system is fine. And the problem still shows up.

Because it's not a mechanical failure. It's a nervous system response.

I wrote a full post on what's actually happening... and what works when pills don't get to the root.

A new press release just went out about my book, The Gateway to S*xual Mastery for Men, and the topic at the center of it is one most men never think about: pelvic floor health.

As a best-selling author and intimacy coach, I've seen firsthand how much chronic stress and physical tension affect male performance, confidence, and connection. The book explores why, and what men can actually do about it.

What do you call it... down there? 👀

The words we use about our bodies (and our partners' bodies) shape how safe, playful, and connected we feel in intimacy. Even a silly nickname can do more for your relationship than you'd think.

In this episode Caity and I get playful and reverent with the language of desire. We talk about ge***al pet names, devoted attention as a path to dissolving shame, and yes... Puppetry of the P***s. 😂

Because when you can laugh with your body, you stop being at war with it.

Most couples don’t struggle because they don’t love each other.

They struggle because no one taught them how to stay connected
when emotions run high.

Communication breaks down under stress...
unless you have tools for regulation, repair, and reconnection.

These are skills.
And they can be learned.
