The Office of Student Life at Annandale (formerly known as The Student Activities Office) is building a community of learners and inspiring the growth of the whole student by facilitating extracurricular and co-curricular programs that support student civic engagement, leadership development, community involvement, teamwork, personal empowerment, and retention.

Step One: Fill out the Club and Organization Form. Form must be filled out in order to move to step two

Step Two: Fill out the Club Fair Tabling Form. Form must be filled out in order to table. (If your club/org cannot table at the club fair.. that’s ok. )

Step Three: Fill out the Mandatory Club Training Form
