Today, we proudly celebrate the 59th Anniversary of PHILLIPS Programs.
Since 1967, more than 10,000 students have walked through our doors, each with their own story, strengths, and potential. What began nearly six decades ago has grown into far more than a school.
PHILLIPS is an anchor institution in our community—employing more than 250 dedicated professionals, partnering with families, school systems, employers, and supporters to create opportunities that extend well beyond our campuses.
Our impact extends beyond the classroom. Through our Building Futures construction program, students have built and sold three homes, gaining invaluable real-world experience while helping address workforce needs.
We've also expanded our mission through SpringForward, our employment-focused social enterprise. With SpringForward Farms, our hydroponic farming operation, and SpringForward Feeds, our scratch-cooked meal production program, we're creating meaningful career pathways while serving our community in innovative ways.
Our impact cannot be measured only in years. It is measured in graduates, careers launched, families strengthened, communities served, and the countless lives forever changed.
To every student, family, staff member, donor, volunteer, partner, and friend who has been part of this journey—thank you. You have helped make 59 years of impact possible.
