10 YEAR of serving families and investing in the community!

🏡 452 families served

🌱 Many of our families spend 5+ years with us, giving us the privilege of watching babies grow into toddlers, preschoolers and eventually head off to kindergarten.

And then there’s our Caregivers! ❤️

4 staff have been here for the entire 10 years
1 staff for 9½ years
2 staff for 8 years
1 staff for 7 years
3 staff for more than 5 years
4 staff for more than 2 years

When you add up these numbers, they tell our story.

A story of being rooted in relationships.
A story of staff who stay and families who grow with us.
A story of being truly invested in families, not just for a year or a season, but through some of the most important years of their children’s lives.

Thousands of meals and snacks.
Thousands of diapers.
Thousands of naps.
First steps. First words. First friendships.
Big milestones, hard days and more hugs than we could ever count.

10 years. 452 families. A team that stayed. Generations of relationships built along the way.

I always say this is one of the hardest times of year for early childhood educators. Both in sadness that we no longer can spend our full days with them and exhaustion as they’re definitely ready for the additional challenge that a regular school year brings.

Whether we’re sending our preschoolers off to kindergarten or wrapping up an unforgettable summer with our school-age kids, this season comes with a mix of pride and hope.

We’ve poured our hearts into these children. We’ve celebrated every milestone, wiped tears, built confidence, taught kindness, encouraged independence, and reminded them every single day that they are capable.

To the kindergarten teachers welcoming our preschool graduates, know that you’re getting so much more than a child who knows letters, numbers, or how to hold a pencil. You’re getting a child who has learned to problem solve, make friends, show empathy, keep trying when things are hard, and believe in themselves.

And to our school-age kids heading back to school, thank you for letting us spend another summer making memories, exploring, laughing, growing, and watching you become even more confident and independent.

Our biggest hope is simple. We hope every teacher sees these children for everything they are. See their strengths. Notice their kindness. Celebrate their curiosity. Help them shine.

To every child walking through a new classroom door this fall, know that we’re cheering you on. We couldn’t be more proud of you.
