Prepare your travel for NYC! 4 weeks til Warriors Cup!

A big thing in the gym is always hygiene. This also includes your gear. Always wipe down your gear and sanitize it to keep it clean and smelling good. No one want to spar with a funky partner. Every so often give your gear a good scrubbing.

Day 2 of our trash pick up was even more successful than day 1!

Huge thank you to all the parents who helped out. We picked up more grounds and trash bags than the first time. Thank you for contributing to our community and we hoped you all had a good time. Who would’ve thought, picking up trash would be this fun!

You’re welcome again Annandale (especially diamond club)!

Our next trash pick up will be around Halloween 🎃👻. Until then, time for another fight camp 🥊🏕️.

After a hard earned 5 week fight camp, the kids spent their downtime picking up 9 bags worth of trash 🗑️ within a 45 minute time frame 😱.

We only did the parking lot of Diamond Lounge and still didn’t even finished. Thank you kids for giving back to your community! As promised. We will be doing the same thing today for our Wednesday kids class tonight 😊. Next week, we’ll be back to regular training for our next competition!!!

Last fight before these kids go back to school!

Reminder. If you are an actual member at Lotus, plz wear a Lotus shirt to every class to show your support. As of right now, only Izzy is matched up. So she will have one fight. Miles & Mila will still go weigh in. But most likely they won’t be matched. But we’ll see.
