, just a quick and friendly reminder about a few important expectations as we get the new school year underway!
Dress Code Reminder
Our dress code is in place to help create a respectful, comfortable, and school-appropriate environment where all students can learn and feel their best. Please take a moment to review these expectations with your student:
⢠Shirts should reach the beltline and have sleeves.
⢠Shorts and skirts should be mid-thigh length and should not have excessive rips or tears.
⢠Undergarments should not be visible.
⢠Sunglasses and hats should not be worn during the school day.
⢠Clothing with inappropriate sayings, images, or advertisements is not permitted.
Attendance Matters!
Our goal this year is 90% attendance, because we know that chronic absences can hold students back. Every day in the classroom is an opportunity to learn, grow, and stay connected.
Students who attend school regularly have better grades, learn more, develop positive relationships, and have brighter futures! Please remember that unexcused absences may also result in consequences, including after-school detention.
We appreciate our students and families working with us to make attendance and school expectations a priority. Together, we can help our Wildcats have a successful year!
