We can't wait to welcome all of our amazing Coyote Pups back for another incredible year of learning, growing, and making friendships that last a lifetime.

💜🐺 WOW, RATTAN… YOU SHOWED UP! 🐺💜

After six hours in the Texas heat, we’re exhausted, sweaty, and running on pure joy after seeing our Rattan family come together today for Rattan Riot!

From 10:00-4:00, our campus was filled with laughter, smiling faces, splashes, music, and memories. Whether you were a returning Coyote Pup or joining us for the very first time, thank you for spending your day with us. Getting to meet so many incredible families reminded us exactly why we do what we do.

A HUGE thank you goes out to our amazing Rattan staff who volunteered their time today. From running activities to bravely taking a seat in the Dunk Tank and Splash Blast, you helped make this event unforgettable for our students. Your willingness to jump in (sometimes literally!) means more than you know.

Special recognition goes to our incredible Principal, Mrs. Allen, who spent the entire day supporting the event, encouraging families, and even climbing into the Dunk Tank. Your enthusiasm, leadership, and willingness to have fun right alongside our students is one of the many reasons Rattan is such a special place and so lucky to have you!

We also want to thank our fantastic community partners:

🎧 Golden Entertainment Group for bringing the energy all day long with an amazing DJ and Photo Booth that kept the party going from start to finish.

🍧 Hawaii Five Sno for serving up the perfect refreshing shaved ice to help everyone cool off.

🍽️ Ballsy Food Truck for keeping us fueled with their delicious jambalaya, buffalo chicken balls, and other incredible eats.

Finally, none of this happens without our incredible Rattan PTA Board and the volunteers who gave their time before, during, and after the event. From planning for months, setting up early this morning, working throughout the day, and staying late to clean up—you are the heart of our PTA. Your dedication creates opportunities for our students and families to connect, build community, and make memories that last long after the event is over.

Thank you to everyone who came out, volunteered, supported, and celebrated with us today. This was just the beginning, and we can’t wait to bring you even more fun throughout the school year.

We’ve got TWO awesome local food trucks rolling into Rattan Riot tomorrow, so you can grab a bite, cool off, and get back to the fun!
