Due to the high winds throughout the fair today, we made the difficult decision to close the Kid’s Collector Club and Art Activity Tent for the remainder of the event. As wind gusts increased, tables, chairs, art supplies, and other materials began blowing around the area, creating safety concerns for our guests, volunteers, and staff.

While we're disappointed that we couldn't keep these activities open through the final day, the safety of everyone at the fair always comes first. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and support as we navigated today's challenging weather conditions. ❤️

We hope you continue to enjoy the rest of the Ann Arbor Art Fair, there's still plenty to explore! 🎨

Due to continued wildfire smoke across Michigan, Ann Arbor Art Fair directors have notified artists that they may operate on altered hours, closing their booths early at 3 p.m. Thursday, July 16, and re-opening at noon Friday, July 17.

Artists may choose to remain open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. both days as originally scheduled. Most downtown restaurants and retailers will also remain open for business.
