Comcast offering 'Internet Essentials' package free for low-income customers for 60 days Comcast announced Thursday it will be increasing speeds for the Internet Essentials program, and making the program free to new customers for two months, amid the coronavirus outbreak.

A plaque was presented to Weber’s on Friday, in recognition of hosting the WISD High Point/Young Adult prom for over 25 years. The plaque was presented to Ashley Schniers, Senior Sales Manager at Weber’s. Representing WISD at the presentation was: Wally Kwik, Erik Thompson, and a young adult student. Thank you to Weber’s, for annually providing a beautiful venue for our young adult students to have a fun, memorable night.

Look at all these beautiful people that came to our spaghetti dinner. Thank you so much to everyone that came to support us. We appreciate everyone of you!

Our annual Kiwanis Spaghetti Dinner is next week, April 26 @ 5pm. Come join us and support a great school full of amazing kids. Tickets are $7/adult and $3/child. We will be having dinner, dancing, and a silent auction with some great baskets put together by our classes and staff.

If you plan on coming, please let me know. It's better if you can purchase tickets from the High Point office before the dinner, but we will be selling tickets at the door as well. We would like an RSVP, if possible. Leave comments here or call the front office at 734.994.8100.
