Can’t make it to a session, we invite you to submit images, drawings, artwork, textiles, photos, or poetry to represent in the physical space. May 1st is the last day to submit feedback, don’t miss out on this opportunity to share your voice so you can play a role in framing our future.

Black History Month isn't over yet and Women's History Month is just getting started! Join us on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 for We Refuse: A Book Talk and Conversation on Resistance and Activism with award-winning historian Dr. Kellie Carter Jackson, Carlton Collins, and Prof. Lauren Hood.

We Refuse: A Forceful History of Black Resistance urges us to think beyond MLK’s nonviolence v. Malcolm’s “by any means necessary” approaches to resistance. Various tactics have been used in the fight for freedom and justice. Join us in the spirit of Sankofa as we discuss what it look likes to build collective power for thriving communities!

Then come back on Thursday, March 12 to learn how to make sense of was discussed.

This event is free and open to the public.

Hello TMC Family! Join us for Soul Food Sundays, an uplifting program inspired by the rich African American tradition of Sunday dinners at the home of the family matriarch. These cherished gatherings have long been a cornerstone of Black culture—a time to reconnect, recharge, strategize, laugh, and share love over a table laden with delicious, soul-nourishing food. We welcome everyone to come celebrate!
