Meet Sophie (She/Her), one of MCSP's PB&U Leaders! Sophie is an Industrial and Operations Engineering major from Jakarta, Indonesia. On campus, she is involved with M-HEAL Project Mesa, the Indonesian Students Association, and the Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program (UROP). Outside of academics, Sophie enjoys baking, running, going on walks, and watching movies. As a PB&U Leader, she is excited to help create fun, engaging programs that bring the MCSP community together while promoting student well-being, connection, and a strong sense of belonging. π

Meet Arabella (She/Her), one of MCSP's PB&U Leaders! She is pursuing the Multidisciplinary Design Program (MDDP) in Chemical Engineering and Economics and is originally from Singapore. On campus, she is involved with the MHEAL Incubator Project Team, works as a Michigan Medicine Research Assistant, participates in Women's Club Water Polo, Model Federal Open Market Committee, and the Singapore Students Association. Outside of academics, she loves spending time outdoors through hiking, kayaking, and rock climbing, as well as traveling, exploring new places, and trying new cafΓ©s. As an IRC Leader, she is excited to help foster meaningful dialogue, celebrate diverse perspectives, and create an inclusive community where every student feels welcome. π

Meet Lily (She/Her), one of MCSP's PB&U Leaders! Lily is an intended Political Science and History major from Rochester Hills, Michigan, and is considering a minor in Public Policy. On campus, she is involved with the Michigan Institute for Progressive Policy (MIPP), the Public Service Internship Program (PSIP), the Barger Leadership Institute, and WCBN-FM Ann Arbor. Outside of academics, Lily enjoys watching movies (especially Marvel and DC), reading, baking, running, exploring trails and campus, playing the flute, and listening to artists like The Weeknd, BeyoncΓ©, Hozier, PinkPantheress, Charli XCX, and Steve Lacy. She's also always excited to discover new coffee shops and boba spots! As a PB&U Leader, Lily is excited to help create fun, welcoming programs that bring the MCSP community together and support students' well-being and sense of belonging. π

Meet Sophia (She/Her), one of MCSP's IRC Leaders! Sophia is majoring in Nursing and is originally from New York City, New York. Outside of academics, she enjoys exploring new places, going on walks outdoors, crafting, listening to podcasts, and trying anything new. As an IRC Leader, Sophia is excited to help others transition into a new community, learn from one another, and engage in meaningful dialogue. She looks forward to fostering connections and creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels supported and valued. π

Meet Jonathan (He/Him), one of MCSP's IRC Leaders! Jonathan is majoring in Business with a concentration in Entertainment and a minor in Translation Studies. Originally from Miami, Florida, he is involved with the Ross First Gen Network, Survivor Michigan, the Ross BBA Ambassador Program, and The Quito Project. Outside of academics, Jonathan enjoys watching reality TV, keeping up with the latest movies and shows, listening to music, solving puzzles, making short films, going on adventures, and meeting new people. As an IRC Leader, Jonathan is excited to foster meaningful dialogue, celebrate diverse perspectives, and help build an inclusive and welcoming MCSP community. π

Meet Anneliese (She/Her), one of MCSP's IRC Leaders! Anneliese is a Neuroscience and Chemistry major from Ann Arbor, Michigan. Outside of academics, she enjoys playing volleyball, playing and listening to music (she plays the baritone saxophone and loves artists like Billy Joel, The Beatles, Olivia Rodrigo, and Noah Kahan), cooking, and spending time with her friends and her dog. Meet Joy (She/Her), one of MCSP's IRC Leaders! Joy is a Robotics and Cognitive Science major from Beijing, China. Meet Lance (He/Him), one of MCSP's IRC Leaders! Lance is a History major from Southfield, Michigan, and is considering a minor in Intergroup Relations. He is passionate about history, urbanism, culture, theology, social commentary, political discussion, meaningful dialogue, and introspection. Outside of academics, Lance enjoys photography, exploring all forms of art from music and theater to visual art, poetry, and literature, and casually watching sports, especially baseball. As an IRC Leader, Lance is excited to help create spaces for thoughtful conversations, intercultural learning, and genuine connection while fostering an inclusive and welcoming MCSP community. π

Meet Olivia (She/Her), one of MCSP's IRC Leaders! Olivia is a Business major from Wheeling, West Virginia. She enjoys reading, traveling, and exploring new places, playing video games, listening to all kinds of music from film soundtracks to Elton John to Kendrick Lamar, baking, playing tennis, and running. As an IRC Leader, Olivia is excited to help foster meaningful conversations, celebrate diverse perspectives, and build an inclusive community where students can connect across differences. π

Meet Min (He/Him), one of MCSP's PACS Leaders! Min is majoring in Industrial and Operations Engineering (IOE) and Sociology and is originally from Akron, Ohio. On campus, he is involved with Tech 4 Social Good, Sociology Opportunities for Undergraduate Leadership (SOUL), the Kessler Scholars Program, the Kessler Scholar Advisory Board, the Development Summer Internship Program, and the Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program (UROP). Outside of academics, Min enjoys going on walks and small hikes, opening blind boxes, creating Spotify playlists, playing video games, reading manga and manhwa, and scrolling through Pinterest for inspiration. As a PACS Leader, Min is excited to help students build meaningful connections through community engagement, service-learning, and social justice work while creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all. π
