Congratulations to Tauber Faculty Co-Director Damian Beil on receiving the Victor L. Bernard Faculty Teaching Leadership Award.
Inspiring and creating leaders prepared to face today's challenges in global operations.
The Tauber Institute works with world-class firms to develop top-level graduate students into superior operations professionals — managers who are fluent in the underlying technology of their industry, yet want to apply their talents to the broader challenges of business — leaders who can guide their companies through the vast changes ahead and help them emerge the victor.

Who's ready to kick off the Tauber Projects?
Announcing our 2026 Tauber Project Sponsors. Over the summer, our students will work closely with industry leaders to analyze complex problems, develop solutions, and deliver meaningful results for their sponsor organizations.
We’re proud to partner with this year’s sponsors. Thank you for investing in the next generation of operations leaders. We’re excited to see what these teams accomplish!
It’s one of the biggest moments of the Tauber year.
Our students are officially matched with their Tauber Projects, partnering with leading companies to tackle real operational challenges.
Tomorrow morning, before the big Project Kickoff in the afternoon… we'll reveal the companies behind this year’s projects. 👀
Stay tuned.
In the meantime, watch how Tauber Projects create real impact for both students and industry partners.
Thank you to our students and sponsors for coming together during this year’s Meet the Sponsor events. These conversations mark the start of forming our 2026 Tauber Projects.
Thank you to our corporate partners for investing their time, expertise, and mentorship, and to our students for bringing curiosity and ambition to the table. This collaboration is what makes the Tauber experience distinctive.
Now, let's keep the momentum going! Check out our Global Operations Conference, happening next week, where several of this year’s sponsors will take the stage to share insights on innovation, AI, and the future of global operations.

The 2025 Tauber Wrapped is here!
Thank you to our sponsors, students, staff, faculty, and everybody who made an impact on the Tauber Institute in 2025. We can't wait to see what we can accomplish in 2026!
When our Tauber students partnered with Nestlé Purina North America, operational excellence was "unleashed".
Over the summer, this interdisciplinary team took on a challenge, partnering with Spot, the robot dog, to capture advanced data and deliver insights that helped Purina remain "best-in-show."
See how Tauber talent (and a very good robot dog) is shaping the future of global operations, and how your organization can benefit from a Tauber Project, too.

Last week, Tauber students took their knowledge from ops to LPs during a tour of Third Man Records’ Cass Corridor pressing plant, an eclectic, vinyl-focused independent record label founded and owned by Jack White, Ben Blackwell, and Ben Swank. Students got an up-close look at how modern manufacturing, creative design, and traditional craftsmanship come together to bring vinyl to life.
Students also visited Newlab Detroit, where they saw how industry, startups, and technologists are collaborating to shape the future of mobility and advanced manufacturing.
Huge thanks to Third Man Records and Newlab Detroit for opening their doors and giving our cohort a firsthand look at how both music and next-gen manufacturing come to life.
