Collegiates in Action Week continues with ! Last summer, six students had the opportunity to travel to D.C. for NAfME’s Collegiate Leadership Advocacy Summit. They attended the three-day event alongside other college students from Michigan and around the country, finishing with a trip to Capitol Hill to advocate for the importance of music education.

We’re kicking off NAfME Collegiates in Action Week with ! Written by Charles M. Gayley in 1886, “The Yellow and Blue” has been a fixture of the University of Michigan for over 100 years! At the start of each school year the MusEd department sings the alma mater together to welcome the new class - enjoy this year’s rendition.

Kick off the weekend with a sweet treat! This Friday, NAfME's bake sale is happening 10:30-2pm outside Moore Lounge. Grab a cupcake and write a music educator a letter of appreciation! 🧁🍪 Save the date! Friday, March 20th!
