Apple Playschools will be closed Friday 6/19 in observance of Juneteenth.
The National Museum of African American History and Culture's Early Childhood Education Initiative Team has provided an excellent resource to support young childrenās understanding and celebration of Juneteenth.
They have also included a booklist for kids, too. It's a great resource to learn about, and honor, Juneteenth. Click the link to view:https://nmaahc.si.edu/sites/default/files/2021-12/nmaahc_kids_juneteenth_resource.pdf
