This project just jumps out at me as what learning should be: connecting to the local community and its history, learning about the environment and then collaboratively share what has been learned through creative expression. Creative, quality, relevant learning.

An excellent experiment that I hope more students and schools try. I appreciate that the goal was not to prove that technology in schools was "good" or "bad" but to allow students and teachers to reflect on how technology affects their daily lives. But for those who have a disability, it's like going back to the Stone Age.
