Mindfulness is defined as the practice of being aware and present in the moment by focusing on your thoughts, feelings, and surroundings.

Today is International Moon Day!
On July 20th, 1969, Apollo 11 astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin successfully landed on the surface of the moon - becoming the first humans to ever step on the moon.
International Moon Day commemorates that historic feat and is a United Nations designated day to promote peaceful, sustainable exploration of the moon.
