Glacier Way Cooperative Preschool

After more than 50 years of laughter, learning, and community in Ann Arbor, it is with profound sadness that we announce the closure of Glacier Way Coooperative Preschool.

This decision was heartbreakingly difficult to make. For over five decades our school has been a place where parents and children grew together. We have watched generations of children begin their education journey, fueled by the dedication of parents who assisted in the classroom, helped on field trips, and invested their hearts into this school.

To our alumni, our teachers past and present, and every family who ever called Glacier Way home:

Our coop is made up of parents from different backgrounds all working together to create a special classroom environment.

It’s terrific to see working parents joining forces with partners and grandparents to be part of it, demonstrating that coops are truly for every parent.

We’re so thankful for our wonderful community.
