Enjoy highlights from Tuesday’s ribbon-cutting celebration. Thank you to the City of Dearborn Officials, community members, and our fans who came out to celebrate with us. Danijel and I are so proud of this vibrant work of art and our partnership with the City of Dearborn, this achievement belongs to all of us.

Commissioned by The City of Dearborn, our mural, “Bridges of Culture”, sits in the heart of the bustling Warren Business District, which is full of local businesses, shops, restaurants and bakeries.

The artwork colorfully captures the bustling energy of a traditional souq with its rich textiles, coffee, food and community life. By weaving together themes of connection, family, and leisure, it honors the profound depth of Dearborn’s Arab American community.

Special thanks to the Warren Business District Improvement Authority, the City of Dearborn, Stonebridge Building Company, CDPA Architects & Planners, and National Metals.

TreeTown Murals extends warm thanks to artist Narooz Soliman Narooz Soliman for his earlier work with “Bridges of Culture”.

Tantre Farm has been a friend and community partner of Mary Thiefels and TreeTown Murals (TTM) for over 20 years. Mary painted the farm’s first Veg Truck and farmers market signs in her early 20’s. Tantré has produced some of the highest-quality produce for over 25 years and was one of Washtenaw County’s first CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) programs. True farm-to-table, distributing their produce across SE Michigan to local folks, restaurants, and markets.

We were thrilled to work with Richard and Deb again this summer on the new veg truck art. “Best looking truck on the road!” says one fan of the farm.

Check out Tantré Farm’s Sunflower Market and the new signage by TTM.

The mission of TreeTown Murals (TTM) is to create art that is transformative. The “Murals That Bridge” (MTB) project pushes our mission throughout the Ann Arbor art community. The award winning Huron Bridge mural is seen by hundreds to thousands of commuters each month. The mural is a welcoming gateway into the downtown area.
Now TTM is helping to raise funds to create the next gateway mural in a city that is enriched in art that captures Ann Arbor’s pulse. The N. Main Street Bridge (Murals That Bridge 2.0) and surrounding walls will undergo a restoration and beautification becoming the next must-see mural in Ann Arbor’s rich artistry community.
The funds raised through “MTB 2.0” GoFundMe campaign will go towards supplies such as equipment and materials necessary to complete the project. Large or small, all contributions will make a difference! Please visit our home page, we have a link(🔗) added to click and donate. All stories posted connected to “MTB 2.0 will have a dedicated 🔗 listed below each photo display.
