PARKING FOR 2026 ANN ARBOR ART FAIR AVAILABLE AT MICHIGAN ALPHA CHAPTER HOUSE, ALUMNI ASSOCIATION'S PARKING PROCEEDS WILL BENEFIT FRATERNITY'S FIGHT AGAINST ALS
If you are attending the 2026 Ann Arbor Art Fair on Thursday, July 16 through Saturday, July 18, please consider parking at the Phi Delta Theta (PDT) chapter house located at 1437 Washtenaw Avenue, Michigan, 48104.
This is one of the closest public parking areas to arguably the best artists' booths in the fair. Moreover, parking here will benefit PDT's efforts to combat the terrible disease ALS.
The Alumni Association has a professional service, EZ Parking, handling the parking of vehicles on the front lawn and driveway of the property (rear parking area is reserved exclusively for contractors working at the PDT house).
EZ Parking is charging $20 per vehicle (price may fluctuate) for one-day parking on the premises (vehicles must leave by no later than midnight).
The Alumni Association plans to donate 100% of its proceeds from parking to the PDT General Headquarters' Live Like Lou non-profit organization and Ann Arbor Active Against ALS. Both non-profit organizations are dedicated to fighting ALS.
Because this is a charity fundraiser, active chapter members and alums will be charged for parking along with all drivers who are members of the public.
If you have any questions, please e-mail the Alumni Association at [email protected].

Shortly before the start of the Detroit Tigers game against the Seattle Mariners yesterday, Phi Delta Theta (PDT) General Council President Nat Love, Michigan Alpha Class of 1981, joined officials from the PDT General Headquarters and others on the field at Comerica Park to honor Detroit Tigers star pitcher Tarik Skubal as a finalist for the 2026 Lou Gehrig Award.
PDT established this annual award for a Major League Baseball player to honor the memory of Lou Gehrig and increase awareness about ALS while raising money to support research intended to combat this terrible disease.
Michigan Alpha alums, members of the Phi Delta Theta Metro Detroit Alumni Club and the President of the Michigan Alpha active chapter attended the game to show support for Brother Love and PDT's efforts to fight ALS.

In recognition of Lou Gehrig Day, ballparks across the country pause to honor a legend and shine a light on a cause that still needs our help. It is the 6th annual Lou Gehrig Day a powerful reminder that baseball and ALS are forever connected.
Lou Gehrig faced ALS with courage that inspired the world, and his fight, sparked a movement that continues today.
Lou Gehrig Day is not just a tribute, it is a chance to take action to raise awareness and further our goal of finding a cure for ALS.
