NEW CLASS ALERT!

On Monday, Ron joined the gentle yoga class and mentioned that he was an instructor & after I added him to our schedule!

I am so happy to announce that he will be leading Restorative Yoga on Sundays at 5PM! This is great to relax and reset before the start of a new week. First class is this Sunday 8/16!

It has only been a few days since we have opened, but I already feel the strong roots of our community growing 💚
