Faculty, Staff, Alumni, and Birding Friends came together for an amazing weekend filled with birds, laughter, beautiful views, and unforgettable memories 🦆🦉🐦‍⬛🐙🦀🐳

And of course…that’s Professor Hayes doing the Titanic pose 😂🤣 Looks like he’ll never let go of the fun from this weekend 🚢😄🎊

Today, we’re pausing to give thanks for the people who generously give their time, talents, and hearts to make our campus feel like home.

This week, we’re especially grateful for our friends at Maranatha Volunteers International and the incredible volunteers serving at PUC to transform McReynolds Hall. From painting and installing new flooring to refreshing common spaces, their hard work is creating a more welcoming home for current and future Pioneers 🛠️🏠✨

Pacific Union College has received a six-year reaffirmation of accreditation from the WASC Senior College and University Commission, with an interim visit scheduled after three years.

The decision followed PUC’s submission of an institutional report, a site visit earlier this year and a final panel discussion between the college’s executive team and the commission on June 25.

Happy Friday, PUC Family!

Pacific Union College has received a six-year accreditation reaffirmation from WSCUC which also removed the Notice of Concern previously issued to the college, affirming PUC is operating with greater stability, stronger systems, and a sustainable foundation for the future.

This achievement reflects the hard work, dedication, and heart of our entire PUC community. We are so grateful for everyone who has helped move our mission forward and make PUC a place where students learn, grow, and thrive.

As we celebrate this milestone and look ahead to the future, we are reminded of God’s promise: “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” — Joshua 1:9

We’re thankful for the journey, excited for what’s ahead, and ready to embrace the next chapter of PUC’s story!
