Hello Cowboys' Spring Ball friends,

First we want to thank all pervious attendees, sponsors and volunteers. Your love and support of the event and Cradle Beach has been absolutely amazing in changing the lives of children.

As for a Cowboys' Spring Ball event in 2021 we do not have a date set and have on going discussions to hold the event again when it is possible.

A NYS COVID-19 update in over a week today shared the positive news that COVID-19 cases and hospitalization rates continue to decline across the state.

Beginning March 22, social gatherings will be limited to 100 people indoors and 200 people outdoors. Restrictions on percentage of capacity apply. All venues remain subject to ongoing social distance and face covering requirements.

Our event typically has 220 attendees and 45 volunteers. We will continue to keep up to date with the NYS and CDC guidelines regarding event gatherings.

We miss you all and hope to see you again on the dance floor soon.

Cradle Beach needs support more than ever so please stay up to date with the camp and donate anytime in the name of the Cowboys' Spring Ball at www.cradlebeach.org

Hello Cowboys Spring Ball friends...
2020 will be a year none of us will forget. As we all have had many ups and downs and continue to count on one another to get through the difficult times we are so grateful for you. The love and support from our event goers and sponsors is overwhelming. You have stepped up with your giving hearts to donate your purchased tickets and sponsorships even though the Ball was never able to be had. The Cradle Beach family and Cowboys Spring Ball are sincerely blessed to have such a loyal group year after year of support for the kids the camp serves.
Please accept my apology in the much delayed notice in thanking you all for the tremendous job you did in raising $11,100 on behalf of the Cowboys Spring Ball.
WE REALLY MISSED YOU!!! As for next year no plans have been made as we are all living in the unknown on group gatherings. Be assured someday I will put forth the effort again to see you all on the dance floor.

Good Morning Everyone,

With the safety of our guests, family & friends in mind, we have decided to cancel this year's Cowboys' Spring Ball set for September 19, 2020.

Please consider donating your purchased tickets to Cradle Beach. During this time, their organization has been left at a significant loss without their Summer Camp Program. Your donation will make a huge difference in their efforts to serve children in our community.

Please see the attached letter for additional details.

Just saying Howdy as today we would have been celebrating at The Cowboys' Spring Ball in Support of Cradle Beach. It is a beautiful spring day today and Molly & I will surely miss seeing you all. Don't give up the faith as we have not and are hoping to see our sell out crowd on September 19th. We would like to thank all of you for your support and getting your tickets so early. We also would like to thank all of Sponsors and businesses that have made donations toward the 2020 Ball. Our thoughts and prayers are with you for you to have continued business success in the future. Everyone's love and support is incredibly overwhelming year after year. Please stay safe and healthy. We have some exciting news! The Cowboys’ Spring Ball will take place on Saturday, September 19th!
If you are unable to attend, we are kindly asking that you consider donating the cost of your ticket. During this challenging time Cradle Beach needs our support more than ever!
