Finished off another great summer of Strength & Agility! We had 13 athletes earn Perfect Attendance by completing all 21 workout sessions. Special shout-out to Seniors Tysen Weible & Carter Shegog for earning CAREER perfect attendance by completing their 4th straight year! Keep up the great work, let’s keep the momentum going into fall sports and our season!

Wishing a safe and relaxing week off to our families, athletes, and coaches!

This break is the halfway point of the summer. We have 11 athletes with Perfect Attendance at Strength & Agility and 3 more at 90% with the chance to make up the workouts.

We will be back on July 6th for a few more opportunities to get better before Fall Sports are in full swing and we are already back to school! Let’s finish strong!
