Mrs. Jones’ class learned all about the very first Thanksgiving and the importance of being thankful. Her amazing students worked together to put on a special play, retelling the story of the first Thanksgiving in their own sweet way. Their teamwork, excitement, and big hearts made the story come to life!

This year’s Honor Choir is off to a great start! These 4th and 5th graders auditioned to join a select group of students from all of the AISD elementary campuses to be in this year’s prestigious honor choir. Honor Choir is an opportunity for our students to come work alongside their peers district wide to learn challenging music, experience the joy of music making, learn leadership skills and grow as musicians. Today, they began learning the music for the upcoming concert in January and they’re already sounding so good! We are so proud of our students!

Central's Academic Night · Thursday, Nov 13 📸 11/19/2025

Last Thursday, Central Elementary had an Academic Night. The students received a Passport at the door and were challenged to complete all 7 stations to receive 7 stamps on their passport. The activity stations the students completed were Reading, Math, Science, Technology, PE, Music & Library. A huge thanks to all of the staff for creating fun activities for the students to complete. Also, thank you to the Brazoria County Library for coming and setting up a table for the students to visit. We are looking forward to doing this again!
