Bret Harte Families: Please join us for Back To School Night on 8/24 from 5:45-8:05. We'll have a taco truck available in the quad by the lower gym. You can pick up your student's schedules from 5:45-6:10, then rotate through their classes and meet their teachers. Visit the Wellness table to enter a drawing for a family athletic pass. We hope you can make it! (This event is geared toward parents/guardians, but if your student is with you that's ok too.)

Welcome NEW Bullfrog families!

On Tuesday 8/11, while your students are finishing up orientation we will meet in the Bret Harte Learning Center from 1:45-2:15ish. We encourage you to join us for this casual meet & greet with admin and counselors where we'll provide you with details on how to navigate the Bret Harte systems and stay up with how you can support your student.

(The Learning Center is the center building on the lower campus across from the Main Office. We will have signs to direct you.)

📌 Freshman & New Student Orientation 🗓 Tuesday, August 11 | ⏰ 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Chromebook Pickup: Attending students will receive their District-issued Chromebook and charger, plus instructions for accessing school email and the Campus Student Portal. Please bring a backpack or bag to safely transport your device! Missed Orientation? New students who don't attend can pick up their device from Mrs. Hungerford in the Learning Center on the first day of school.

🎉 First Day Frenzy 🗓 Wednesday, August 12 | ⏰ 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
School officially starts! We’re kicking off the year with our traditional First Day Frenzy schedule. Students will meet their teachers, pick up purchases, and take school pictures.

📚 Rest of the First Week 🗓 Thursday, August 13 & Friday, August 14
Full schedule (Periods 1–7) with a normal release time at 3:00 PM.
📋 Important Note on Back to School Forms: Keep an eye out! Back to School Forms and additional info will be sent through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal starting Monday, August 3.
