We are excited to invite you to our Back to School Night on August 11, 2026, from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM! This event is a wonderful opportunity for our K-5 families to come by, meet the teachers, and explore the classrooms. It is also the perfect time to walk the halls with your student and snap some fun back-to-school pictures! To make the evening even more festive, we will have Kidz Bop music playing and the La Michoacana Ice Cream truck parked out front with delicious treats available for purchase. Please note that this event is specifically for grades K-5, as our preschool families will be scheduling individual conferences. We can't wait to see you there and kick off an amazing school year!

As we prepare for a new school year, you will notice a few updates in our front office. Mrs. Archibald has decided to step away from her full-time role to spend more time enjoying her family, and we wish her all the best! With this change, we are thrilled to welcome a familiar face, Mrs. Catrina Hubbard, who is officially stepping into the role of Admin Assistant and Office Manager. Many of you already know Catrina from last year, as she has been an active and valued part of our PCE community for quite some time. She joins our already wonderful Admin Assistant and Registrar, Cynthia Diller, to complete our front office team. Both of these amazing ladies are eager, prepared, and excited to welcome you all back for a fantastic new school year!

🗓️ July 31 – Bus Transportation Deadline
This is the last day to register and be guaranteed bus transportation during the first two weeks of school. (Note: If you register after July 31, your child's first day for guaranteed transportation will be Sept. 2).

🗓️ August 3 – Class Assignments Announced (Pre-K–5th)
Find out your child's teacher! Please note that your PowerSchool registration must be 100% complete to receive your child's teacher assignment.

🗓️ August 4 (by Noon) – Preschool Welcome
Preschool families will receive a direct welcome communication from their child's teacher by midday. We are so excited to welcome your little ones to our Early Learning program!

🗓️ August 11 (5:30 PM – 7:00 PM) – Back to School Night (Grades K–5)
