Merrimack Valley Community Music School Our mission is to bring music instruction and performance to the Merrimack Valley through private and group instruction.

The Merrimack Valley Community Music School is a community-based, non-profit music school that is dedicated to helping people connect through music education and performance. Music at its best brings people together and creates positive energy within a community as a common language that bonds us beyond cultural, social and economic differences. Music education is a powerful way to learn about one

self and to explore the possibilities that lie within each of us, to reach for our highest good and potential. Public performance can be very powerful, whether from a beginning student playing a simple song, or an accomplished musician performing a complex work. We offer instruction in a variety of instruments, as well as classes to develop the skills essential to good musicianship and music appreciation. We are here to help you begin or further your own music growth and experience, and to help you connect with others who share similar musical interests. We are always available to discuss your musical needs for yourself or a family member.

Following their performance last weekend at the Andover Farmers Market, the 5 Year Plan Band will be at the Lawrence Farmers Market this Saturday. Americana music, a mix of bluegrass, folk, blues and originals.

The market is at 10am-5pm at O'Connell South Common, across from Pronto Pizza, 65 S. Union St, with music from 11am - 1pm. Hope to see you there!

This Saturday at the Andover Farmers Market we'll be presenting the Upbeat Music Duo for a mix of classic rock, pop, and jazz.

The Andover Farmers Market is 9am to 1pm at 34 Bartlett Street between the town offices and the park, with music from 10:30am to 12:30pm. Can't wait to see you there!
