Big news just keeps coming from our little school!

TED Talks is coming to AE/MS! Our very own middle school ELA teacher, Mrs. Schoch, was accepted as an instructor for the TEDEd Student Talks program. Some of our middle school students will have the opportunity to present their ideas in a TedX style presentation during this years’ new Learning Lab period.

This program enhances critical thinking, writing, listening, and presenting skills on a school, local, and possibly even on a national or global stage.

Stay tuned for dates and times for these public presentations later this year!

While summer is underway, we have been busy filling vacancies at AEMS. As soon as I can I will send out a staff update to introduce our newly hired Eagles 🦅!

Our Eagles (past and present) starred in many activities today! From marching band performances, their own floats, biking or riding in fire trucks, and singing our National Anthem - we are proud of how much they love their community.

Happy 4th and 250 to all! Mrs. Philbrook and her ‘Sons and Daughters of Andover’ rolled through town faster than Washington crossed the Delaware. They took home the 1st place Grand Prize and are proud of their hard work designing their float. A special thanks to our neighbors in Hill for the signage loan and to Mr. Philbrook for pulling the crew.
