Starting this week, I will only be teaching Tuesday & Thursday nights!
Don’t worry, Muscle Pump and Cardio Dance will still be on the schedule Monday nights, with no time changes - so be sure to go and support the new instructor!

I will miss seeing everyone on Mondays, but excited to try out some new classes as a student! 💗
