Sharing some very special summer memories: This class was a highlight for more reasons than one. I know I am doing something right when my guest returns (for online and in-person classes) for more classes (5 and counting) and brings more friends and family along for my Indian cooking experience! More inspiring is the fact that my guest has special needs; but that does not deter her from learning and cooking Indian meals at her home because of the ayurvedic benefits that naturally come with eating Indian meals. It was a proud moment to know that one of them (her friend) was inspired to come for my class because of the Indian meal she had at her house. This class was also special because one of my dear friend from India came to visit me and even though he knows it all, chose to sit in to watch and learn. I was overwhelmed.

Summer has been rather slow for my cooking classes; it's been unusually hot this year too. ...so I have not been sharing much here. The few that I did teach were special and memorable. (The posts for those are past due.🫣) It's been a busy summer for me nevertheless -preparing for my daughter's wedding that is coming up in a few weeks. It's exciting times in our family as we prepare to celebrate her and officially welcome my son-in-law. I will not be offering classes in September for this reason. All classes in-person and online will resume in October. The schedule is on my website. Please help spread the word and register for Indian cooking classes that you have loved so much. I look forward to cooking with my old guests and new in the Fall.

It was a Joy to cook with this fun group of people. They came in as strangers and left as friends! I love when the experience of my cooking class gets people to connect with each other too. The energy and enthusiasm was great. I am grateful to everyone for being flexible to reschedule because of my issues and conflicts. 🙏😋💞😍🥳

It was a pleasure to cook with these two for a delayed Valentine's day celebration. We had to postpone the class a couple times. Third time is the charm. It was the worth the wait and worth it to feel good to enjoy the class. It makes me very happy when I have young couples want to learn to cook. Cheering for them .
