On Wednesday, students visited Dartmouth for an information session, campus tour, and a look at student life. Others explored Strawberry Banke Museum in Portsmouth, where they enjoyed an archaeological tour, visited historic sites, and viewed artifacts in the museum’s archaeology lab.

Nationally acclaimed author Gigi Georges visited Upper School Creative Writing and Expository Writing classes on Saturday. Georges is the author of Downeast: Five Maine Girls and the Unseen Story of Rural America, based on four years of immersive reporting in rural Maine. Ms. Georges emphasized the critical importance of humility, careful observation and reflective listening in the writing process.
