Andover Cares Andover Cares mission is to address substance abuse & addiction in our community through three pillars of support: education, intervention and enforcement.

Andover Cares & the Andover Cares Fund were established in 2015, inspired by members of the Rotary Club of Andover to raise awareness, host educational events, and support great works in Andover to tackle substance use and addiction in our community. Andover Cares brings resources within our community to help families navigate through the reality of destructive substances. Our purpose is to not ju

st deter the use of substances, but to address the core root of the affliction: depression, addiction, mental illness, etc.

The Andover Cares Fund (the “Fund”), is an arm of the Andover Rotary Charitable Trust. The Fund was established to raise & award grant money to organizations that can make a difference in the fight against substance abuse and addiction. The problem is complex and there is no one answer. The best solutions will come from those on the front lines—our educators, law enforcement and health professionals.
