Hello ELPAC Friends.
If you want to take your teenagers to learn about hatred and genocides- this cattle cart replica is the place to go to. I was trying to bring it to Andover as well, but he didn't happen this year. I encourage everyone to use this rare opportunity and visit this cattle cart replica for a half an hour free visit and learn what evil looks like.

What can we do to give back to our community?

With the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic our hospitals are running out of essential supplies. In a desperate attempt to safeguard hospital employees, our heroes, we can make simple fabric masks at home and donate it to nearby hospitals.
They should be made according to certain hospital specifications. (Fabric should be 9X6in broad).
Does this mask prevent COVID-19 from getting through it? NO. However it will prevent people from touching their nose and mouth. Those are the two main areas through which this virus can enter our body, and on an average we touch our face about two thousand times in a day...after touching different surfaces which could have coronavirus on them. So, do these humble fabric masks have any merit? YES!!!

Calling all the crafters to use their skills and make masks.

Masks in the picture are made by Mitali Gupte, a senior at Andover high school, Andover,MA.
