St Vincent de Paul Karate Club

Just so you know I won’t be at class tomorrow April 13, but one of our black belts, Levi will teach. I had to have my gallbladder removed and I ended up with a blood infection so I’ve been in the hospital a lot longer than what I thought. I’m feeling fine, surgery went well. Just have to get this complication taken care of.

It’s always special when you get to promote your students to Black Belt. I couldn’t be more proud of these two fine young men, Levi Kulas & Winston Kulas! They are Black Belts #9 & #10. That is very impressive from such a small school as ours & considering it takes 8-10 years to achieve Black Belt. Congratulations!
