If you’re sitting there thinking, “Uhh. What am I doing with my kids next week?” — stop scrambling.

We’ve got a MATH WHIZ in the Nest! 🤓✏️

Meet Mrs. Oller! If you’ve been around Anderson schools or the Grimes County Body Shop, there’s a good chance you already know her. She’s taught at BOTH Anderson schools (currently teaching in 6th), and she’s bringing all that knowledge and her love for learning to The Owl’s Nest! 💙

Whether your kiddo needs a little extra help with homework, struggles with math, or just needs someone to explain things in a way that finally CLICKS, Mrs. Oller is here to help!

And the best part? The learning doesn’t stop when school lets out for break! Our break camps give us even more opportunities to sneak a little learning into the fun and keep those brains working.

We’re not just here to fill the hours between school and pickup. We’re here to make those hours count. 🦉

That after-school crash? We get it. 🥹

Our kids spend all day listening, learning, following directions, navigating friendships and doing their very best.

So when they walk through our doors, we don’t want The Owl’s Nest to feel like another few hours of school.

We want it to feel like they can finally exhale.

Grab a snack. Run around. Make something. Laugh with their friends. Knock out some homework. Tell us alllll about their day. And most importantly… just be a kid. 🩵

Because we’re teachers. We’re mommas. And we know those little brains have worked HARD by 3:30. That’s what we wanted when we created The Owl’s Nest—a soft place to land at the end of a big day. 🦉✨

Goodbye, August. 🥹🦉 And WHAT a way to start our year at Owl’s Nest!

We’ve read stories, tackled homework, painted masterpieces, built some pretty impressive creations, worked together, laughed A LOT… and settled into our little after-school rhythm. 💙

Our goal has always been to give kids a place where they can unwind after school, get the help they need, be creative, play, and just be kids—all while giving parents one less thing to worry about.

And after our first few weeks back together? We’re pretty dang proud of what we’re building here. 🥹

If you’ve been wondering what your kiddo could be doing between the final school bell and pickup… come join our little Owl’s Nest crew! 🦉 We’d love to be the place your babies get excited to come to after school.

Fall School Break Care at The Owl’s Nest is happening October 12–16! A full week of fun, friends, activities, and plenty to keep those kids busy while school is out.

And parents? You get to go to work without piecing together childcare for five different days. WIN. 🙌

The way our kids are taught is constantly changing! Good news—we’re keeping up with the changes so you don’t have to! 😉

When they come home with math that has you thinking, “Well… that’s definitely not how WE learned it.” 😂 — we’ve got you.

The Owl’s Nest isn’t just a place for your kiddos to hang out until pickup. We’re here to help with homework, reinforce what they’re learning at school, AND make sure there’s still plenty of time for them to just be kids. 🦉💛
