📚 Professional Development in Action!

This past week, a team of three staff members from each of our schools came together for PLC at Work® training!

Throughout the two day training, our educators focused on collaboration and building a shared approach to teaching and learning across our district. Teams learned how to better identify student needs, monitor progress, provide support when needed, and challenge students when they are ready for more.

When our educators learn and grow together, they create stronger learning experiences for our students. We are excited to see our teams put what they learned into action! 💙
