DefenseTraining.org We hold SC Concealed Weapons Permit classes monthly here at our location in Anderson, SC. We have be SC CWP classes held monthly in Anderson, SC.

Our classes are 1 day class and range time. We complete everything in the same day. The class and range are both indoor and climate controlled, so we can hold them no matter what the weather is doing outside. We cover everything SLED mandates and more.

We use Power Point in our classes so there's plenty of Pictures and Videos to help aid in Our teaching and our Students learning. Our top priority is our Students learning what it takes to defend themselves and their loved ones. It is our goal to help our students to obtain their CWP and We Guarantee our classes 100%. Please be advised that as of 12/05/2025; online submissions of SC CWP Applications (NEW, RENEWALS, AND REPLACEMENTS) will be unavailable until January 2026. All SC CWP Applications should be submitted by physical application via mail service. SLED will continue to process all applications received as required by state statute. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience during this service outage.

This is in preparation of Idemia’s new applicant platform (go-live December 8, 2025, for some locations) as well as SLED’s own applicant platform launching January 2026. Identogo will begin upgrading select locations on 12/08/2025 and will stagger the locations.

Remaining locations will be upgraded in the following week of 12/15/2025.
Existing appointments will still be honored and processed.

We love camping and hiking and want to share some of our adventures with you. We have a small, converted Box Truck that is perfect for the 3 of us. We will share our camping spots, hiking trails, and some things that we've learned along the way.
